In 1982, under the initiative of attorneys, Carlos Bellorín Quijada and Porfirio Guzman Rodriguez, BellorinGuzman was founded in response to the need for legal services in the metropolitan area of Puerto La Cruz/Barcelona, as well as in other cities in eastern Venezuela.
